Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. Signs Contract With NFL Hall-of-Famer's Non-Profit Organization

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - October 23, 2007) - Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSS) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with NFL Hall-of-Famer Jim Brown's Amer-I-Can Foundation for Social Change. This agreement enables the Amer-I-Can Foundation with the means to train employees in the food service industry on food safety and sanitation. Walter Beach & Gail Boyd are coordinating this program.

Under the agreement Produce Safety will provide food safety guidelines and training manuals outlining food preparation and handling, along with safe processing techniques. Amer-I-Can will teach and hold training classes for public school systems, cruise lines, grocery stores, meat processing plants, and restaurants, including fast food chains. The training program is expected to start by the end of Produce Safety & Security International's fourth quarter.

Recently, the Company submitted a "Food Safety" proposal to Gambles Ontario Produce Inc. of Toronto, Canada. The Company's proposal would provide a solution to remove food borne illnesses, such as Pathogens, E. coli, Listeria and Salmonella, and extend the shelf-life for fresh produce.
