Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. Submits "Food Safety" Proposal to Gambles Ontario Produce, Inc.

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - October 10, 2007) - Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSF) is pleased to announce that the Company has submitted a "Food Safety" proposal to Gambles Ontario Produce, Inc. of Toronto, Canada. The Company's proposal would provide a solution to remove foodborne illnesses, such as Pathogens, E. coli, Listeria and Salmonella, and extend the shelf-life for fresh produce.

Under Produce Safety's proposal, the Company would provide Gambles Ontario Produce with its unique Ozone Spray. Gambles will use the Ozone Spray on fresh produce that is delivered to their customer base throughout Canada.

Recently, the Company signed contracts with METSS Corp. to provide support and engineering assistance for the Ozone Spray technology within the U.S. Navy and Air Force. The Company will help METSS test the effectiveness of the Ozone Spray technology on the removal of E. coli in fresh produce and meat.
