Company Signs Distribution Contract With Hong Kong-Based Business Solution Provider

NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK--(Marketwire - January 22, 2008) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a distribution contract with Jump In I.T., a distributor and service provider of strategic business solutions in Hong Kong and Singapore. Jump In I.T. provides consulting services to help companies recognize opportunities for using technology to streamline their business processes.

Jump In I.T. works with a number of solution providers, system integrators and key partners across Asia. Providing premium professional services and support to channel partners and selected customers, Jump In I.T. has established itself firmly in its base in Hong Kong and is looking to grow throughout Asia.

Propalms, Inc. recently held its first annual shareholder meeting on Friday, January 11, 2008, at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. CEO Owen Dukes discussed the Company's plans to launch version 6.0 of its TSE product during the first quarter of 2008, which will be in conjunction with Microsoft's launch of its Windows Server 2008. The new version of the TSE product will include Virtual IP, which was requested from Toyota to support its use of IP phones.
