Propalms, Inc. to File Form 10-SB to Uplist to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board -- as Stated During Nationwide Teleconference

Company's Audited Financial Statements to Be Completed by End of October

NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK--(Marketwire - October 12, 2007) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that during yesterday's nationwide teleconference, Propalms' President, Mr. Robert Zysblat, stated that the Company is expected to file form 10-SB to uplist to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, or a higher exchange, by January 2008. Propalms' CEO Owen Dukes participated in the teleconference along with the Company's independent auditing firm, Kabani and Company, as well as, Frank Boesche, the former IT Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada.

Mr. Dukes touched on the Company's recent developments made to its main product, TSE, along with new distribution channels set up in South America and other regions of the world. He also discussed the status of the Company's ongoing relationship with the Toyota Group and its new relationship with Wyse. Mr. Zysblat went on to explain the Company's financial goals. He stated that Propalms has a growing relationship with Microsoft and the Company anticipates doing more joint events with Microsoft in the near future.

Also featured during the teleconference was Kabani and Company, Propalms' independent auditing firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Kabani and Company is finalizing the audited financial statements that will allow Propalms to file its 10-SB to uplist to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board or a higher exchange. Kabani and Company has helped numerous publicly traded companies in their auditing process to uplist to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, AMEX or NASDAQ. The company has a large international presence with clientele on all six continents.
