Propalms, Inc. Makes Impact on Key Industry Leaders at Consumer Electronics Show

Company to Launch New Product Version in First Quarter of 2008

NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK--(Marketwire - January 15, 2008) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company's participation at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) was an overwhelming success. Propalms was able to meet with potential acquisition candidates, as well as showcase and present its leading software solution, Propalms TSE 5.0, and exhibit it to key industry leaders from various markets that fit the Company's business strategy. Propalms announced that it will be launching version 6.0 of its TSE product during the first quarter of 2008, which will be in conjunction with Microsoft's launch of its Windows Server 2008. Propalms is currently a certified partner with Microsoft and is working towards becoming a Microsoft Gold ISV partner in 2008.

While attending CES, the Company also held its first annual shareholder meeting, where the shareholders overwhelmingly re-elected the board of directors to another term and ratified the appointment of Kabani and Company as the Company's independent auditors. Held at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, CEO Owen Dukes used the meeting to update shareholders on the Company's current success and future goals. Mr. Dukes emphasized Propalms' growth by showing how the Company's sales in 2007 have exceeded 2006 figures and discussing the Company's new customers such as Toyota, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ibargi Perfecture, as well as IBM's largest system integrator in Europe. The new version of the TSE product, TSE 6.0, will include Virtual IP, which was requested from Toyota to support its use of IP phones. Propalms also announced plans to launch new virtual desktop brokering software in 2008 in order to better compete and gain a larger share of the market from the major software developers, such as Citrix.

"We are extremely pleased with the overwhelming response that Propalms and the TSE software received at this year's CES. The show opened up vast avenues for us to pursue and we were able to discuss Propalms' plans for further growth and development in 2008 at the annual shareholder meeting. We look forward to further developing the partnerships, clients and acquisition candidates we discovered while at CES," stated Owen Dukes, CEO of Propalms, Inc.
