Propalms, Inc. to Prepare Joint White Paper on Roll Out of TSE Software to Toyota Group

First Phase of White Paper to Be Completed in 90 Days

NORTH YORKSHIRE, ENGLAND--(Marketwire - November 13, 2007) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company and Toyota Group will prepare a White Paper about Toyota Group's installation of Propalms' TSE software and its reasons for the installation. The first phase of the White Paper will be completed in 90 days and will be published on the Company's Web site, www.propalms.com, amongst other periodicals.

The purpose of the White Paper is to provide information regarding Toyota Group's need for an enterprise solution for internal communication and transfer of data problems and how Propalms' TSE provided answers to those problems. The White Paper will also discuss the economic analysis of how the Toyota Group is saving time and money by choosing Propalms' TSE over competitive software. Future phases of the White Paper will go into further detail about its future plans for further roll outs of the TSE to the Toyota Group software on a worldwide basis.

"The purpose for the White Paper is to detail the benefits and process of installing the TSE software in various stages within a major corporation. Toyota Group researched other options and chose the TSE as its solution. We want to share that information with other industries to show how the TSE can solve problems on a broad spectrum," stated Owen Dukes, CEO of Propalms, Inc.

Propalms, Inc. recently announced that the Company has taken a major step towards uplisting to a higher exchange by posting its second year of audited financial statements on Pinksheets.com. Propalms increased sales of its TSE software by approximately 400 percent for its audited fiscal year ending January 31, 2007, versus its audited fiscal year ending January 31, 2006.
