Propalms, Inc. Signs Contract With One of the Largest Electrical Contractors in the Eastern United States

(PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a contract with Pike Electric, one of the largest electrical contractors in the Eastern United States. The contract will provide Propalms' leading TSE software solution to the company to help them easily and efficiently manage their computer applications in a more cost effective manner.

Pike Electric is one of the largest providers of outsourced electric distribution and transmission services in the United States. Its core activities consist of the maintenance, upgrade and extension of electric distribution and sub-500 kilovolt transmission power lines for more than 150 electric utilities, cooperatives and municipalities. Pike Electric services a 19-state region that stretches from Pennsylvania in the North, to Florida in the Southeast and Texas in the Southwest, and is a recognized leader in storm restoration services.

Propalms, Inc. recently held its first annual shareholder meeting on Friday, January 11, 2008, at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The shareholders overwhelmingly re-elected the board of directors to another term and ratified the appointment of Kabani and Company as the Company's independent auditors. CEO Owen Dukes discussed the Company's plans to launch version 6.0 of its TSE product during the first quarter of 2008, which will be in conjunction with Microsoft's launch of its Windows Server 2008. The new version of the TSE product will include Virtual IP, which was requested from Toyota to support its use of IP phones.
