Propalms, Inc. to Launch TSE Version 6.0 During the First Quarter of 2008

Company Plans Launch in Conjunction With the Release of Microsoft Windows Server 2008

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 11, 2008) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company plans to launch a new version of their TSE product during 2008. Propalms, Inc. is planning to launch the TSE Version 6.0 in conjunction with the release of Microsoft Windows Server 2008. TSE 6.0 will include new enhanced features such as virtual desktop, new UI (console and launch pad), new "longhorn" feature organization, and RDP bandwidth optimization.

The latest version of the product will also include Virtual IP, which was requested from Toyota to support Toyota's use of IP phones. Propalms also announced plans to launch new virtual desktop brokering software in 2008 in order to better compete in its market space and gain a larger share of the market from the major software developers such as Citrix.
