Protocall Launches TitleMatch Entertainment Division

Company Slated to Announce Significant System Upgrade at January 2007 Consumer Electronics Show

COMMACK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 7, 2006 -- Protocall Technologies Incorporated (OTCBB: PCLI) (, a leading provider of DVD on-demand systems for retailers and etailers, today announced the launch of TitleMatch Entertainment Group -- a newly created Protocall division that will expand the company's range of services to the $23 billion DVD market.

The new TitleMatch Entertainment division will leverage Protocall's on-demand platform to offer a greater assortment of exclusive and non exclusive entertainment titles through a significantly upgraded version of the company's TitleMatch™ DVD on-demand system, which is to be unveiled at the January 2007 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The company's TitleMatch Entertainment division will also expand product delivery options to include on-demand custom CD and DVD orders and delivery of some prepackaged goods.
