Psion Teklogix Expands its Ascent Partner Program

Partners will now have access to enhanced business strategy coaching and
more comprehensive marketing support

Psion Teklogix, (LSE:PON) a global provider of solutions for mobile
computing, wireless data collection and RFID, today announced it is
enhancing its Ascent Partner Program to improve support of its business
partners, create differentiation and spacing, and provide best of breed
solutions to users. The improved program will provide partners with
additional marketing assistance, business strategy development, and
other benefits to better align them with Psion Teklogix' business goals
and improve overall sales and customer service.

The new program is divided into three levels - Ascent Plus +++, Ascent
Plus ++++, and Ascent Plus +++++ - based on the annual purchase
commitment of each partner along with their value-add capabilities. All
members of the Ascent Plus Partner Program are eligible for additional
resources to create more comprehensive marketing support and business
strategy. Partners will be assigned designated Psion Teklogix
representatives who will assist with the development and execution of a
business plan, and marketing campaigns based on the individual needs of
the partner.

"Our goal for the newly enhanced Ascent Plus Partner Program in 2005 is
to have our partners operate as an extension of Psion Teklogix," said

provide added value to Psion Teklogix customers, so in turn we want to
ensure we add value to our partners to help drive sales for all of us
while providing users with proven solutions."

The Ascent Plus Partner Program will reward partners with a Value Based
Discount (VDL) based on the partners' capabilities. The criteria for the
Value Based Discounts are based on the following: communication
regarding details and updates on new opportunities, software offerings
and services, technical support capabilities, and sales support ability.
The level of the VDL relates to the partners' ability to match up with
the criteria structure. In addition, partners will also be eligible for
a rebate program based on achievement of mutually agreed upon annual
revenue goals.

As a member of the Psion Teklogix Ascent Plus Partner Program,
organizations are entitled to full access to the award winning Teknet
extranet. Teknet is a secure, extranet site that provides valuable
online information to customers, such as repair history, repair
tracking, order status, product and service announcements, product
specification sheets, case studies and developer resources. Teknet also
offers online information tools and powerful, time-saving service and
support features.
