OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2007) - The Public Health Agency of Canada released a report today that highlights the most common respiratory diseases that affect Canadians, entitled Life & Breath: Respiratory Diseases in Canada . The report also details the most important risk factors for respiratory diseases and describes the use of lung transplantation in Canada.

The report is based on the most recent surveillance data available and illustrates the need for action to help Canadians breathe easier.
