Push America to Participate in 1st Global Financial's Charitable Outreach Program

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 7, 2007) - 1st Global Financial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FGBF) (German WKN#A0LGTL Symbol: ZUM) is pleased to report that Push America has agreed to participate in FGBF's Charitable outreach program. In the coming weeks and months, the two companies will identify and then begin training approximately 25 chapters of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.

Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, once trained, will market local merchants in their communities to sign up for 1st Global Outreach as a way to support Push America. The chapters will be in different states and different cities across America. If successful, this has the potential to generate significant donations for Push America. In addition, 1st Global stands to gain new merchants and increase FGBF's processing volume substantially.

"It is a major step for us to align ourselves with an organization like Push America," said Gil Gillis, President of 1st Global Financial. "We take our charitable giveback program very seriously and find this to be a win for all parties involved."

"This partnership will strengthen our ability to build leaders of tomorrow while serving people with disabilities today," stated Chad Coltrane, CEO of Push America. "We are excited 1st Global Financial is offering such a wonderful opportunity to serve local communities."
