Quebecor Media Prices US$700 Million Senior Notes Offering

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 26, 2007) - Quebecor Media Inc. today announced the pricing of its offering of US$700 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes. The new senior notes will be sold at a price of 93.75% of par, will carry a coupon of 7.750% and will mature on March 15, 2016.

Quebecor Media intends to use the proceeds of this offering, together with liquidity available to the Company, (i) to repay the senior bridge credit facility that it entered into to fund its acquisition of Osprey Media Income Fund, (ii) repay Sun Media Corporation's term B credit facility, (iii) settle the related currency and interest rate swaps and (iv) pay the fees and expenses related to this offering.
