RCC/IWS Submission for State Approval

ONTARIO, CA--(Marketwire - September 26, 2007) - RCC Holdings, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: RCCH) announces that International Wastewater Systems, a sole subsidiary of RCC Holdings, Corp., has contracted to submit its Wastewater Treatment System for formal approval in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.

It is expected that this submission will be received by the appropriate State Authorities within the next two weeks. RCC Holdings, Corp. and International Wastewater Systems must receive approval from the State before the anticipated RCC/IWS projects are also accepted and agreed upon.
