WHAT:           An evening of celebrity performances honoring musicals from
                stage and screen.

WHEN:           Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007; press line opens 5:00 p.m.;
                celebrity arrivals start at approximately 5:30 p.m.

WHERE:          Sony Pictures, Stage #30, 10202 W. Washington Blvd., Culver
                City, CA. Enter at Overland Gate; security will direct to
                self-parking structure.

WHO:            Celebrities performing and/or attending include: Catherine
                Zeta-Jones, Hugh Jackman, Michael Douglas, Audra McDonald,
                Dick Van Dyke, Vanessa Williams, Christine Baranski,
                Jennifer Hudson, Kristin Chenoweth, Chita Rivera, Shirley
                MacLaine and Raul Esparza.

MEDIA ACCESS:   Media can cover celebrity arrivals; no press will be
