REPEAT: County Line Energy Corp. Puts Black Creek Resources Ltd. and Canpar Holdings Ltd. on Notice of Its Intention to Drill a Test Well on the Hayter Heavy Oil Property

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 22, 2007) - Harry Bygdnes, President of County Line Energy Corp. (PINK SHEETS:CYLC)(FWB:G7Q), announces that the company has put Black Creek Resources Ltd. and Canpar Holdings Ltd. on notice of the intention to spud a Test Well on the Hayter heavy oil property.

The company has selected a drilling site location based on data acquired from a recent 3D seismic program completed by the company at a cost of $ 580,000. The seismic program has revealed a significant structure which is anticipated to require several additional wells.

The initial Test Well will earn County Line an 80% working interest before payout, a 60% working interest after payout and 100% interest in the Test Well spacing unit. The company also has a rolling option (45 days to elect to drill and 45 days to drill) further wells to earn further spacing units, subject to surface access, rig availability and government approval.

County Line Energy will act as operator on the (County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1) Test Well.

The company has hired Norwest Engineering Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta to handle Project Management, Field Supervision, Operational Planning and Support, Rig Selection and Regulatory Submissions.

It is anticipated that drilling will commence within 30 to 40 days.
