RMD Entertainment Group Announces Release Date of January 23rd for Roc Monee Ringtones

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - January 3, 2008) - RMD ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC. (PINKSHEETS: RMDM), a Music and Entertainment Company focused on the development and marketing of "Urban Media Content" worldwide, today announced a firm release date of January 23rd for Roc Monee's new ringtones including the club smash "OOOOOP!"

RMDM will market and sell the tones through its direct sales ringtone program through associate company certification and through its vast digital distribution network globally which also includes ringtone retail partners. The carriers in the company's direct sales program include but are not limited to Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Virgin, Dobson, Boost, Nextel, and Midwest Wireless.

The ringtones will begin being offered for sale to consumers on January 23rd on selected carriers and total market penetration is anticipated to be completed within 30 days from that day subject to the various distribution outlets encoding and posting the content on the various websites.

To market the five ringtones and downloads, RMDM has put together an aggressive internet marketing campaign with radio promotion and traditional television commercial spots.
