RMD Entertainment Group to Increase Music and Content Each Quarter 2008

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - January 15, 2008) - RMD ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC. (PINKSHEETS: RMDM), a Music and Entertainment Company focused on the development and marketing of "Urban Media Content" worldwide, today announced it will be increasing the number of music titles and other digital content offerings in 2008, beginning at the end of the current quarter.

The move has been made to substantially increase the company's earnings power by offering other content providers products world-wide, serving as a global distribution provider and sharing in the revenues. "RMDM has been able to attract the attention of several strong urban labels with music content and artists that are very recognizable within the global hip-hop community. These labels have a strong following and their artists have earned tens of millions of dollars in past releases," says Giorgio Costonis, CEO of RMDM. He continued, "This is a win-win situation. Partnering with these companies going forward on content allows us to drive revenues from sources outside of our artists without the huge expense of promotion. Management informed us at press time that there were three companies that were in discussion with the company at present time and announcements would be made with the company names when contracts were completed and signed. It was also noted that the first of these announcements was expected shortly and content from that particular company was expected to be available in the first quarter of 2008 barring any delays with contracts.

Marketing of "Urban Media Content" or more commonly known as Hip-Hop music worldwide includes digital downloads and personal "Ringtones" for mobile phone customers.
