RQ Construction Is Awarded Department of the Army MATOC Contract in North Carolina

CARLSBAD, CA--(Marketwire - April 29, 2010) -  Design-Build Contractor RQ Construction has been selected as one of five firms to participate in the $499 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Construction in North Carolina. This five-year building program was issued by the Savannah District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Projects within this program will be design-build or design-bid-build work predominately in North Carolina, ranging in cost from $5M to $100M. Projects are expected to include administrative, recreational, educational, religious, medical, and training facilities. Work may also include repairs to existing facilities, or infrastructure, including roads, parking, and utility systems.
