Radiant Appoints Adrian Byram as Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 11, 2007) - Radiant Communications Corp. ("Radiant") (TSX VENTURE:RCN), Canada's leading supplier of Internet-based data communications and Internet services to the business market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Byram as Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Byram is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience with software and networking companies in Canada and Silicon Valley. Most recently, Mr. Byram was the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at Megapath Networks, during which time they grew from a startup in 1999 to US$87M recurring revenues in 2005. Mr. Byram graduated from University of Toronto with degrees in Math and Physics, and qualified for a PhD at Stanford before leaving to start his first software company.
