Radiant Enters Agreement to Distribute Its InfraTek Deicing Systems in the State of Alaska

PORT COLBORNE, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 7, 2007) - Radiant Energy Corporation ("Radiant" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RDT) developer and marketer of InfraTek®, the environmentally friendly, patented, infrared pre-flight aircraft deicing system, announced an exclusive distribution agreement for InfraTek deicing systems in the State of Alaska with Jet Enviro Deicing LLC ("JEDI").

Under the terms of the agreement, for installations in Alaska, Radiant will supply equipment, licenses, training, and implementation services to JEDI. Radiant will be paid an initial technical fee with each installation and ongoing technical fees for each treatment in the systems.
