'Raiders' the Theme for New Production and DVD Sales at Knightscove Media Corp.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 20, 2010) - KNIGHTSCOVE MEDIA CORP (TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) ("Company", "Knightscove" ), is pleased to announce that its Video-on-Demand Service, KnightTV, has commissioned its first original content, Born Into Danger, now in pre-production with Ellis Entertainment and Johannesburg-based Triosphere. The series explores the natural and man-made hazards faced by newborn African animals and is designed for worldwide television and DVD release in multiple platforms and formats, including a narrated family series and a hosted youth friendly edition.

KnightTV is currently available to 10 million households in the US and Canada, through Cox, Charter, Dish and Shaw. This is an initial platform which is almost equal to the entire number of Canadian households and from which management believes it can rapidly grow.

Knightscove is also pleased to announce that its DVD division Morningstar Entertainment Inc. ( January release of "Lost City Raiders" has secured a spot in Blockbusters Top 20 rentals. This is a first in the company's history and demonstrates that the strategic focus of securing stronger rental titles is working. To date, sales of the film are in excess of $175,000 in Canada, approximately 7% of last years total gross sales and with the profile and market acceptance, it is expected that reorders will remain strong. The company's docudrama "2012 The Mayan Adventure" is also performing well based on the market popularity of the feature film "2012".
