Rapid Fitness, Inc. Announces Production Division Has Completed Designs for a Kids Network

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - December 20, 2007) - RAPID FITNESS, INC. (PINKSHEETS: RPDI), a publicly traded company currently on the Over the Counter, announces we have completed designs for a Kids Music TV Network within our subsidiary Amore TV productions division. The Kids Music TV Network is similar to MTV for kids, ages 7 to 16 years of age. Being rated (GP) for quality, safe and clean animated music videos and songs for our youngsters, the plans are to launch a kids network in broadcast TV soon. Kids Music TV Network is an entertainment entity that was formed to give parents a place for their kids to enjoy good entertainment for their younger kids. Kids Music TV Network will provide and produce a full diversified media links to kids music, animation and music video.
