Real American Brands, Inc. to Acquire Interest in J. C. Decierdo Corp.

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) -  Real American Brands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RLAB) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent on June 23 to purchase an interest in an established home and institutional cleaning business based in the Coachella Valley, CA serving the desert communities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Indio.

The purchase price will be a combination of RLAB restricted stock and cash, in exchange for which RLAB will obtain a substantial ownership and board position in the 20 year old company, J. C. Decierdo, Corp. (JCD) as well as securing JCD's agreement to transition over to a line of award-winning green, non-toxic cleaning products which are currently sold predominantly on the east coast.

According to RLAB CEO Doug Newton, "one of our goals is for JCD to utilize these products -- whose growth and national expansion will pay dividends for RLAB -- to gain important psychographic and other market data from both the buyers and users of the products at this stage in their on-going development and evolution."

Newton said "RLAB is not at liberty to divulge the name of the green cleaning product brand or its national spokesperson with whom we are associated because of confidential talks now occurring between RLAB and a major international marketing company which has expressed an initial interest in partnering with the brand.

RLAB also announced that it has signed a new lease for commercial office and storage space in Palm Desert, CA, to which JCD and its "Fantastic Cleaning" (DBA) division has relocated its operations. In other company news, Newton reported that it has put on hold all plans to develop a health services transportation division until provisions of the new national health care law are implemented.
