Real Time Measurements Inc.: Investor Relations Counsel Engaged

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 19, 2007) - Real Time Measurements Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RTY) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the company has engaged the services of PR Global Concept Inc. From their offices in Canada and Germany, PR Global will provide investor relations and consulting services to the company.

PR Global will perform consulting for RTY in relation to interactions with the press, institutions, broker-dealers, shareholders and members of the public, subject to the covenants set forth in Policy 3.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange. PR Global will also consult with RTY on matters pertaining to public relations, corporate exposure/investor awareness, business modeling and development in Europe and Canada. PR Global will receive a monthly retainer of $2,000. The agreement between PR Global and the company covers a period of twenty-four four months. There is an option to extend the agreement. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture approval.

PR Global Concept was established in 1998 by CEO Bruno Steinhauser. The German based PR and IR firm operates internationally. PR Global specializes in working with small to mid-cap public companies from North America that can benefit from exposure to the European financial community, particularly Germany, the UK and Switzerland. The Vancouver Canada bureau is operated by Mr. Darin Wong.

Real Time Measurements is a Canadian oil and gas technology development company that designs, builds and sells equipment and provides services to oil and gas companies in Canada and North Africa. The company uses innovative applications of recent technological developments to solve selected oil and gas upstream measurement problems in more efficient ways. The Company's primary business activity revolves around the commercial development of premium quality sensor-to-desktop data gathering systems which are used primarily in oil and gas wells.
