Rebild Launches Re:SURF, a Video Ad Supported Broadband Video Website Featuring Surf-Skate-Snow Programming
LONDON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 31, 2006 -- On November 1st, 2006, the second of three niche
market broadband video websites launched. Re:Surf (http://surf.rebild.tv) features
an array of three to five minute broadband surfing video clips with pre-roll video commercials
playing before each clip. Rebild plays video commercials from Cingular, Ford
Motors and P&G. The broadband content on Re:Surf features interviews and backstage
footage of the most important names in Surf, plus the most current video
coverage right off the beaches of Hawaii and slopes of the Rockies. Rebild
is as of today a profitable venture in the newest digital media sphere,
planning to open more channels before the end of 2006.
What is Rebild doing differently than other broadband video channels?
Besides delivering some of the best free video coverage, Rebild will
feature live interviews with some of the biggest names in each
entertainment channel. The web audience can participate in the interviews
via telephone or Skype, giving a brand new dimension to our programming.
The interviews are then archived for podcast audio and video distribution
or to stream to a webpage.
