Note: True width is estimated to be on average approximately 95% of drilled intercepts.

As shown in the attached Figure 1, the above intercepts lie outside the current pit design for West Branch. Given the consistent grade and robust widths of these new intercepts, the Company is confident that a high percentage of this mineralized zone will convert to Reserves.

Attached Figures 2 and 3 clearly demonstrate the potential for depth extension below the currently reported Resource at West Branch. As significantly, hole TA02235RC (Figure 4 - 62m grading 3.67g/t) extends the mineralization 175m to the north of the Resource. This new, wide, high grade zone has now been identified over a strike length of 750m and it remains open to the north and south and down dip. Drilling is ongoing.

Commenting, Richard Clark, President and CEO of the Company stated: "We are very excited by the recent drill results from Tasiast. The mineralization at West Branch is getting substantially wider and is consistently high grade. The Company is mobilizing more drills to site to fast track further resource and reserve increases. West Branch continues to grow at a fast pace, with no end in sight."
