With Michael's growth strategy and experience, I do believe we will achieve, or exceed all of our company goals."

Pursuant to terms of the agreement, Remote Surveillance Technologies acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Network Cabling, Inc. for $4.8 million structured as a (i) $1.0 million in cash and (ii) $500,000 in a 12-month promissory note and (iii) $3.3 million in Remote Surveillance Technologies restricted common stock.
