RemoteMDx's Wholly Owned Subsidiary SecureAlert Announces Strategic Contract With Court Programs, Inc.

SANDY, UT--(Marketwire - October 11, 2007) - SecureAlert, a subsidiary of RemoteMDx, Inc. (OTCBB: RMDX) and a leader in the pioneering of technologies and services to aid in monitoring offenders who are a risk to society, today announced a strategic contract with Court Programs, Inc. (CPI), a private probation company doing business in Mississippi and Florida. CPI has commenced utilizing SecureAlert's product and service by placing TrackerPAL units on just under 200 of the 7,000 offenders that it monitors on a daily basis. "By utilizing the TrackerPAL product and service we expect to more than double the number of offenders that we can monitor," stated David Rothbart, CEO of CPI.
