Rentals.com and Quigo Forge Performance Advertising Alliance

Strategic Relationship to Provide Apartment and Home Rental Industry With Seamless Ad Buying Experience

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - October 11, 2007) - Quigo, a pioneer and leading provider of site and content-targeted, auction-based, online advertising, and Rentals.com, a division of Consumer Source Inc., have entered into a multi-year relationship for content-targeted, performance advertising. Under the terms of the agreement, Rentals.com will deploy a custom version of Quigo's AdSonar platform across its sites, which includes RentalHouses.com.

Property managers and landlords will be able to purchase ads via an easy, self-service interface through either Rentals.com or Quigo sales teams. And unlike other blind ad networks where advertisers are uncertain of the specific sites or pages where their ads will run, Quigo's AdSonar-powered advertising platform will offer full transparency and control. Advertisers will be able to buy many types of advertising and can target specific pages, sections or a variety of topics or keywords.

Quigo and Rentals.com also plan on building several customized real-estate resource centers and associated advertising categories, covering a variety of move-related user needs such as finding a roommate or moving company, getting a new bank account or finding stores to help you get settled.

"We're excited to test and deploy custom versions of Quigo's AdSonar platform on our sites," said Steve Denker, Director of Sales and Partnerships, Consumer Source Inc. "With Quigo, we will be able to create new opportunities for our advertisers that fit a variety of budgets and business models."

"We chose Quigo for their distinctive technology, customized approach and quality team," said Steve Huey, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Rentals.com. "Together, we will be able to maximize advertising relevancy for property managers and landlords."

"We are pleased to welcome Rentals.com to the Quigo network" said Henry Vogel, Quigo's Chief Revenue Officer. "Rentals.com is a leading real estate search and information site with very high value traffic. By enabling them to develop new content-targeted sponsored links, resource centers and other opportunities, we look forward to helping Rentals.com generate new revenue via advertising relationships they will own."
