Inc., the leading marketplace for the acquisition of locally-targeted consumer traffic, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of MerchantCircle, the largest online network of local business owners in the nation. Under the terms of the agreement, Reply! has acquired MerchantCircle for about $60 million in cash and stock.
With the acquisition of MerchantCircle, Reply! greatly enhances its access to local merchants and consumers, and enables the combined companies to act as a catalyst in helping shift locally-targeted advertising dollars online.
