Reservoir Resumes Drilling for Gold at Brestovac, Serbia

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 22, 2007) - Reservoir Capital Corp. ("Reservoir" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:REO) is pleased to announce that diamond drilling on its Brestovac property in Serbia has resumed. Four diamond drill holes for a total of about 600 meters are planned for completion in November. These holes will infill the previous drilling to define the structural controls to the continuity of the higher-grade (greater than one ounce gold per ton) epithermal gold mineralization over a potential strike length of over 250 meters.

Since the previous drilling campaign (see Reservoir news release of September 19, 2007), the Company has undertaken induced polarization (IP) geophysical survey, structural analysis and mineral mapping using ASTER satellite images, hyper-spectral analysis of drill core and geological modeling of the epithermal gold mineralization and alteration system at Brestovac.

The ASTER structural analysis clearly demonstrates that the Brestovac prospect is located at the intersection of two major fault structures: a north-south trending system (extending southwards from the Veliki Krivelj and Bor copper-gold mines) and a cross-cutting northwest-southeast trending system. The current drilling area at Brestovac sits on the northeast rim of a circular ring-structure that may also reflect the presence of a volcanic centre. This structural setting is considered favourable for the development of both epithermal gold and porphyry copper-gold mineralization.

The IP geophysical survey has been designed to cover the porphyry copper-gold targets adjacent to the south of the Brestovac gold mineralization, providing information to a depth of 400 meters. Anomalies generated from this survey will be the subject of a subsequent drilling campaign targeting deeper-seated copper-gold porphyry mineralization.

A target location map, drilling plan map and drill sections may be viewed on the Company's website
