Resolve Appoints New Chief Financial Officer, Effective Jan. 2, 2007

Resolve (TSX:RBO.UN), a Canadian leader in business process outsourcing, announced today that it has appointed James M. E. Hyde as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hyde will assume his position effective Jan. 2, 2007. In the interim, he will serve as a consultant to the executive management team.

Mr. Hyde brings over 28 years of experience in financial management and strategic leadership to Resolve. Prior to this position, he was the Chief Financial Officer at GSW Inc., a TSX-listed company. During his three-and-a-half year tenure at GSW, the company achieved an 18 per cent annual growth in revenue and a 75 per cent annual growth in its stock price. Prior, Mr. Hyde spent 24 years at Ernst & Young LLP, including 12 years as Partner, providing audit, advisory, and corporate-finance services to a variety of Canadian businesses. Mr. Hyde serves on the Board of the Sino-Forest Corporation, a TSX-listed company. He is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Current Chief Financial Officer, David Horton, has decided to leave Resolve to pursue other business interests. "Dave has been vital to our successful emergence as a public company, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors," said Mr. Zimmering. Mr. Horton will transition his duties as CFO to Mr. Hyde over the next 30 days.
