Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund Announces November Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 21, 2007) -

Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:RBO.UN) today announced a cash distribution to Unitholders of $0.0833 per unit, covering the period from November 1, 2007 to November 30, 2007. The distribution will be paid on December 20, 2007 to Unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2007.

This cash distribution is consistent with disclosure of the Fund's distribution policy in the prospectus dated March 9, 2006.

Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be required to pay all withholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions of income by the Fund.
