Revenue and Cash Increase for InfoSearch Media; Company Announces Third Quarter Preliminary Results

New Orders Grow 48% Over First Half 2007

MARINA DEL REY, CA--(Marketwire - October 30, 2007) - InfoSearch Media, Inc. (OTCBB: ISHM), a leading Internet search marketing firm that cost-effectively delivers traffic via search optimized text and video content, today announced preliminary third quarter 2007 results. The Company anticipates reporting that total revenues increased 3 percent from the second quarter to $1.19 million and cash increased 8 percent to more than $621,000 for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007.

During the third quarter, new orders grew 48 percent over the first half of 2007. The Company attributes the improvement primarily to its summer roll-out of new and re-positioned products. In support of the product rollout, the Company also implemented a new sales force automation system and unveiled a new e-commerce enabled website to market more effectively and shorten the sales cycle. New customer orders are an important leading indicator of revenues and exclude recurring client backlog and advertising revenue from the Company's Web properties.

"We are encouraged by improvements in the core metrics of our business and believe these improvements indicate the Company is gaining traction with new products, product re-positioning, revamped website and other strategic initiatives launched at the end of last quarter," said George Lichter, President and CEO, InfoSearch Media. "A stronger, more effective sales team driven by new leadership contributed significantly by achieving a 48 percent increase in monthly new orders while reducing the overall headcount of the sales force by 16 percent. This, coupled with productivity gains generated from a leaner overall organization, helped to reverse a long downward trend in cash flow. With key indicators of revenue and cash now moving in the right direction, InfoSearch Media plans to roll-out additional products this calendar year and will continue to focus on driving growth and optimizing all aspects of the business."

The Company plans to announce and file its third quarter earnings on or about November 14.
