Ribbit Demonstrates Salesforce Application at Tour de Force

Company's First Business Application Now Available in Beta

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - January 16, 2008) - Ribbit, Silicon Valley's first phone company, today announced the demonstration of "Ribbit for Salesforce," its first business application at the salesforce.com Tour de Force kick-off event in San Francisco on Thursday, January 17. Ribbit for Salesforce is now available in beta, and for a limited time, all U.S. salesforce.com customers are invited to sign up for their free beta evaluation at www.ribbit.com/salesforce.

The Tour de Force is a worldwide road show for the salesforce.com developer community beginning with a kick-off event on January 17. "Ribbit is a great example of the new breed of innovative partners that Salesforce.com is working closely with to deliver the potential of the Force.com Platform," said Clarence So, Chief Marketing Officer at salesforce.com. "Mobile voice in Salesforce workflow is a combination that is sure to bring productivity breakthroughs to many Salesforce customers."

Ribbit for Salesforce is an easy to use web-based service that links mobile voice communications to Salesforce in minutes. Mobile calls, voice messages, and text transcriptions automatically flow into Salesforce enabling you to play, read, store, search, and act on individual voice communications inside your customer relationship management (CRM) web environment. It works with your existing mobile phone service and mobile numbers, including AT&T, Verizon, Alltel, and T-Mobile. Automating the flow of mobile communication saves you time, and easily captures more information about your customers, enabling increased results.

Over 150 companies have registered for the Ribbit for Salesforce beta program, demonstrating the value integrated telephony brings to enterprise processes. "Automatically getting voice messages with text conversion in Salesforce saves lots of time and puts more information in CRM," said Tadd Tellepsen, Vice President at Tellepsen Builders. "Ribbit is filling a critical missing link in our team's productivity and business workflow."

The application has already gained early industry recognition for innovation. Ribbit for Salesforce was selected as a finalist for Breakthrough Application of the Year at salesforce.com's 2007 Dreamforce user and developer conference. Ribbit was also recently selected as one of five finalists for the 2007 Crunchies Awards, in the category of Best Enterprise Start-Up of 2007, driven by the innovative Ribbit for Salesforce application.

"Customers are starting to tell us about big workflow wins achieved by linking mobile voice and Salesforce," said Greg Goldfarb, General Manager of Software as a Service at Ribbit. "We're excited to demonstrate at Tour de Force to further engage developers and customers, and explore how we can collaborate to take the Ribbit capabilities further."
