In his presentation, Corley will analyze the steps IT managers need to take to optimize their virtualization environment. As companies advance through the stages of server virtualization adoption, they need visibility and control to optimize performance and capacity. Organizations that do not advance operationally through the virtualization stages will not be able to leverage private cloud computing. Attendees will learn how to manage operations to assure application performance and infrastructure service levels for the business and lay the foundation for a private cloud implementation.
