RightSmile® Releases Forecast for 2010 With Revenue Projections of Over $2 Million for 2010 and $4 Million for 2011

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) -  RightSmile® (PINKSHEETS: RIGH) (www.RightSmile.com), the leader in Cosmetic Laser Teeth Whitening, has revised its forecast for 2010 due to a higher than expected demand. Currently, RightSmile® is on target to generate over $2 million in revenue for 2010 and $4 million for 2011 with a profit margin of 30%.

RightSmile® began the year with no locations outside of a few test sites; since January the Company has added 30 independent SmileShoppes, roughly 10 a month, with the effort of only a few representatives. RightSmile® over the next quarter will engage at least six additional representatives that, based on current performance, will add an additional 8 to 10 SmileShoppes per month bringing the total independent RightSmile® outlets to between 93 and 105 locations by the end of June, and 500+ locations by the end of the year producing $350,000 a month in gross revenue.

Furthermore, RightSmile® is in negotiations with major retail and distribution outlets that could add up to an additional 500+ locations in 2010, further increasing the monthly gross revenue to over $700,000 per month. RightSmile® anticipates closing one to two of these contracts this quarter at margins slightly below that of the independent SmileShoppe retailer. This would place RightSmile® on pace to generate over $8 million annually.
