River Hawk Implements Integration of Subsidiary Operations, Expects Significant Positive Financial Impact

TRAVERSE CITY, MI--(Marketwire - October 11, 2007) - River Hawk Aviation, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RHWA) ("River Hawk" or the "Company") today announced that it is relocating its aviation parts and accessories operations from San Antonio, Texas to Hickory, North Carolina. The Company further announced that it is consolidating its subsidiary, River Hawk Aviation, Inc.-San Antonio, with its subsidiary Profile Aviation Services, Inc.

The combined companies will operate as Profile Aviation Services, Inc. The Company completed the acquisitions of Profile Aviation Services, Inc. and Profile Aviation Center, Inc., of Hickory, North Carolina as well as privately held River Hawk Aviation, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas during August of 2007. Management currently estimates that combined revenues from the Company's current operating subsidiaries will approximate $14-$15 million during the period of October 1, 2007 though September 30, 2008.

Calvin Humphrey, CEO of River Hawk, commenting from San Antonio, said, "We have begun the process of centralizing the operational base of existing subsidiaries through our facilities in Hickory, North Carolina. We expect the centralization will improve the overall efficiencies of our various organizations by increasing management oversight while reducing certain common expenses. Further, we expect that our marketing and sales efforts can create favorable cross selling opportunities as we push to increase the market for our products and services. The transport of our aviation parts and accessories from San Antonio is underway and we will be relocating personnel to manage the transition and centralization. We expect that this entire process will be completed this week and expect to conduct business as normal from Hickory beginning October 15, 2007."
