River Hawk Subsidiary to Expand Flight Training Operations

TRAVERSE CITY, MI--(Marketwire - September 26, 2007) - River Hawk Aviation, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RHWA) ("River Hawk" or the "Company") today announced that its subsidiary, Profile Aviation Services ("Profile"), intends to expand its flight training operations in Hickory, North Carolina. The expansion will require the Company to procure up to 5 training aircraft. Profile's flight training programs are operated in conjunction with Caldwell Community College of Hudson, North Carolina.

The flight training program emphasizes the "full service model" present in the day to day operations of Profile and includes aircraft maintenance, fueling services, ground handling, flight services and support and other fixed base operation services.

Calvin Humphrey, CEO of River Hawk, speaking from the National Business Aviation Association Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlanta stated, "We are pleased to announce this extension and expansion of our flight training programs that are offered as part of the Caldwell Community College curriculum. Emphasizing the 'full service model' is consistent with River Hawk's business strategy. Offering our flight training through the college not only addresses the continuing increases in demands for flight training but brings our Company exposure to many fine students who may be candidates for future employment offerings at our location in Hickory, North Carolina as well as other locations that we may in the future acquire or develop."
