RoadLink Expands Leadership Team in North America

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - October 9, 2007) - RoadLink USA, Inc. ("RoadLink"), the largest independent intermodal logistics service provider in North America, announced today the expansion of its leadership team to include six new members: Mike Shelton, chief revenue officer; Richard McMichael, chief financial officer; Mark Fornasiero, chief strategy officer; Jeff Larson, senior vice president - Pacific Region; Chris Easter, vice president - South Region; and Mike Stark, president of RoadLink Warehouse Solutions.

"To better enable RoadLink to pursue a highly aggressive growth strategy, we're bringing in broader skill sets and new perspectives that will expand on the core capabilities that have made us the leading North American provider of intermodal transportation and warehouse solutions," said Chris Munro, president and CEO of RoadLink. "We're excited to have this team set a new pace for RoadLink and are looking forward to accelerating achievement of the goals we've created for the company."

As chief revenue officer, Mike Shelton oversees business and strategic development and the management and development of customer relationships for RoadLink. Previously, he served as chief operating officer for Gray Peaks, Inc., where he led global acquisition assessment and global funding objectives, and as senior vice president at G-Log, Inc., where he managed global sales operations. Additionally, Shelton was a senior vice president and officer for Ryder System. During his 20-year career at Ryder, he held responsibilities in global sales, client management, operations, e-commerce, and marketing communications. Shelton also previously served as executive vice president at NewRoads, a fulfillment outsourcing company.

New chief financial officer Richard McMichael has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, with an emphasis in strategic cost, business transformation management and multi-company integrations. During his previous 16-year career with Moore Wallace and R.R. Donnelley, McMichael held various senior sales and finance management positions in the United States, Canada and Latin America, including senior vice president of finance and, most recently, executive vice president, where his responsibilities included the integration of the Donnelley and Moore-Wallace Latin American business units.

In the newly developed role of chief strategy officer, Mark Fornasiero will lead the acquisitive and service development aspects of the organization. He will be focused on how RoadLink develops on a long-term basis, covering strategy, acquisitions, integration and technology. He is transitioning his RoadLink finance responsibilities to McMichael. Prior to joining RoadLink, Fornasiero co-founded The Clarendon Group, focused on the formation of RoadLink. Previously, Fornasiero focused on financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic development and profit improvement engagements as a manager in the transportation consulting practice of A.T. Kearney.

Jeff Larson has been appointed as the new senior vice president responsible for overseeing the highly active Pacific Region of the United States. Jeff will also lead RoadLink's One Company Initiative as the company creates one way of doing business for our customers. He is a logistics expert, with experience in the retail and consumer packaged goods industries. Prior to joining RoadLink, Larson was president of Tatum Logistics in Costa Mesa, Calif. He also was president of Hudd Distribution and has held supply chain and manufacturing leadership positions with Home Depot, Dean Foods and Kraft Foods in the United States and Europe.

Chris Easter will serve as the company's new vice president for the South Region of the United States. He comes to RoadLink from Schneider Logistics, where he was vice president of Intermodal Operations and previously worked for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., the world's largest retailer, leading their import operations. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Chris began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army with a variety of transportation and logistics responsibilities.

Mike Stark will lead RoadLink's recently acquired warehouse solutions and freight handling businesses as president of the new RoadLink Warehouse Solutions organization. Prior to joining RoadLink, Stark served as president at Weber Distribution, LLC, in several executive leadership positions at Exel for Western regional operations and global organizational development and also held several senior roles at retailer Vons.

The ability to create RoadLink as North America's largest, privately held intermodal logistics provider came, in part, from the ability to combine several different regional companies into a single, integrated service organization. Ken Kellaway, Dennis VanWagner, Gary Whitacre and Dave Anthony, founders of several of these predecessor companies, remain part of the senior leadership team in their current roles as the company accelerates the creation of RoadLink's comprehensive services portfolio.

"Chris is building a team of great talent that we believe will enhance our investment," said John Anderson, chairman of RoadLink and managing director of Fenway Partners Resources, Inc. "We see the quality of this leadership team as a key element in creating a market leader in Intermodal Logistics as we continue to grow our solutions with a mixture of organic and acquisitive growth."

Marc Kramer, managing director of Fenway Partners, added, "RoadLink is a strong part of our transportation and logistics portfolio, and the strength of this team demonstrates how we will support and build the companies we partner with so they can be highly successful for both our investors and their employees."

In other Company news, Ron Sorrow, vice chairman of RoadLink USA, retired from RoadLink on Sept. 30, 2007. A 30-year veteran of the transportation and logistics industry, Sorrow led RoadLink from its formation in 2000 through 2006 and has served as a member of the company's Board of Directors. He will continue his board participation and use his deep experience in multimodal and intermodal transportation and logistics to assist the board and RoadLink as the company continues to develop new value-adding offerings for customers.
