TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 23, 2009) – Robert Pollock announced today that he has acquired ownership of 743,000 common shares of Primary Corp. (the "Corporation") and control over an additional 81,819 common shares of the Corporation through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Of the common shares of the Corporation over which Mr. Pollock acquired ownership, 20,000 were acquired at a price of $0.28 per share, 12,000 were acquired at a price of $0.28 per share, 8,000 were acquired at a price of $0.345 per share, 46,000 were acquired at a price of $0.35 per share, 500 were acquired at a price of $0.28 per share, 14,000 were acquired at a price of $0.28 per share, 44,000 were acquired at a price of $0.3989 per share, 225,000 were acquired at a price of $0.31 per share, 336,000 were acquired at a price of $0.32 per share and 50,000 were acquired at a price of $0.55 per share.

Upon the acquisition, Mr. Pollock, the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Corporation, beneficially owns or exercises control or direction over 5,419,769 common shares of the Corporation, representing approximately 16.27% of the outstanding common shares of the Corporation. In addition, Mr. Pollock holds options to purchase 100,000 common shares of the Corporation. Assuming the exercise of all of such options, Mr. Pollock would beneficially own or exercise control or direction over an aggregate of 5,519,769 common shares of the Corporation, representing approximately 16.52% of the then outstanding common shares of the Corporation.

The securities of the Corporation held by Mr. Pollock are held as an investment. Mr. Pollock does not have any present intention to acquire any additional securities of the Corporation. Mr. Pollock intends to review his investment in the Corporation on a continuing basis and may increase or decrease his holding of securities of the Corporation in the future. Any such increase or decrease will depend on various factors, including, among other things, the price and availability of securities of the Corporation, subsequent developments affecting the Corporation or its business, other available investments and business opportunities, general stock market and economic conditions, tax considerations and required regulatory approvals.
