Rollins Selects Portrait Interaction Optimizer and Upgrades to EDGE 2020 in Call Centers

Relationship Builds on 11-Year Success

HENLEY-ON-THAMES, UK--(Marketwire - June 23, 2010) -  Portrait Software, a leading provider of customer interaction optimization software, today announced that Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL) has selected Portrait's Interaction Optimizer (IO) to deploy in all six of its Orkin call centers later this year. The contract was signed in March this year.

The deployment of Portrait Interaction Optimizer (IO) builds upon Portrait's eleven-year relationship with Rollins who has used Portrait's EDGE call center automation software in its national Orkin call center since 1999. The upgrade to EDGE 2020, Portrait's new open Microsoft platform, will enable Rollins to add further intelligent sales and marketing tools such as IO. Expected results of the new system include more consistent lead monitoring and agent evaluation across the entire US system. 

Rollins selected Portrait Interaction Optimizer because of the in-depth analytical data and real-time intelligent prompts it provides call center agents.
