Roseanne Barr to Perform With the Cast of Comedy Central's® 'The Sarah Silverman Program' in Live Uncensored Benefit Concert

Original Standup Comedy to Raise Awareness and Support for Mid-East Peace Through Environmental Studies

What:           Comedian Sarah Silverman, the cast of her Comedy Central
                TV hit series "The Sarah Silverman Program," and special
                guest Roseanne Barr will star in a live benefit
                performance "Comedy Without Borders" at Bovard Auditorium
                on the University of Southern California's (USC) campus in
                Los Angeles.  Tickets are available online at

                Organized by Friends of the Arava Institute, the
                uncensored comedy event is aimed to raise awareness and
                funding for The Arava Institute for Environmental Studies,
                a premier university-level environmental teaching and
                research program in Israel that prepares Palestinian,
                American, Israeli Arab and Jewish future leaders to solve
                the region's environmental challenges through peaceful
                cooperation.

Performers:     Sarah Silverman, star, executive producer and co-creator
                 of "The Sarah Silverman Program"
                Laura Silverman, Sarah's real-life sister who also plays
                 her sister on the show
                Steve Agee & Brian Posehn, Sarah's geeky gay neighbors on
                 her show
                Jay Johnston, stars as Officer Jay on "The Sarah Silverman
                 Program"
                Roseanne Barr, comedian, writer, and Emmy Award-winning
