Roy Graydon Resigns Office of Director of Cybersurf Corp.

CALGARY, AB -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2005 -- Cybersurf Corp. ("Cybersurf" or "the company") (TSX-V: CY), one of Canada's leading independent Internet service providers and Internet technology companies, today announced that Roy Graydon, the representative of Call-Net Enterprises Inc. on the board of directors of Cybersurf, today resigned his office as a director of the company effective immediately.

In his letter of resignation addressed to Mr. James Milliken, the chairman of the board of Cybersurf, Mr. Graydon explained his reasons for resigning from the board as follows:

"As you are aware, Rogers Communications Inc. has made an offer to acquire Call-Net, which is currently scheduled to close on July 1, 2005. Once that transaction closes, my role will change making it no longer appropriate to sit as Call-Net's representative."

Pursuant to a Share and Warrant Subscription Agreement dated July 19, 1999, Call-Net continues to have the right to appoint board members. At this point, Call-Net has not exercised its right to replace Mr. Graydon with another nominee on the Cybersurf board.
