Run of River Power Engages Dundee Securities to Assist in Identifying Renewable Resource Investment Opportunities

Run of River Power Inc. ("Run of River") (TSX VENTURE:ROR) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Dundee Securities Corporation ("Dundee Securities") to assist it in seeking out and securing attractive investment opportunities in the renewable resource area.

Run of River operates a 7.6 MW hydro-electric facility at Brandywine Creek and has accumulated 150 MW of potential installed capacity encompassing two watersheds located close to the city of Vancouver, and near Whistler, BC. As The Company grows, a number of attractive options are available including further hydro-electric properties, wind, landfill, biomass and geothermal opportunities.
