Running Fox Resources: First Quarter Revenues $2,000,212

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 29, 2008) - Running Fox Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RUN) (PINK SHEETS:RFXRF) (FRANKFURT:C8Q)

Trent Moore, Vice President, reports:

Running Fox has released its third quarter financial results ending Feb. 29, 2008.

For the three-month period the consolidated revenue was $2,000,212 and the EBITDA net income was $201,495.

There appears to be renewed optimism with demand for Alberta oilfield services, which comprise the majority of the Company's revenues.

Increases in the average natural gas price has resulted in numerous exploration projects being re-evaluated in the industry, and the increased drilling will result in greater utilization of the Company's employees and heavy machines.

Technical improvements have been made in the design of the Company's proprietary WireDryer technology and the Company's 100% owned subsidiary Claymore Field Services is preparing for the next drilling operation field test.

Running Fox currently has 38.8 million shares issued and outstanding.
