Russell Emerging Europe Index Shows 3Q10 Rebound

LONDON--(Marketwire - August 26, 2010) - The Russell Emerging Europe Index and Russell Developed Europe Index have rebounded sharply from negative returns in the second quarter of 2010, reflecting third-quarter returns of 6.8% and 6.4% respectively through August 24, 2010.

Year-to-date both indexes remain negative, however the Russell Emerging Europe Index (-1.4%) has outperformed the Russell Developed Europe Index (-10.1%) by almost nine percentage points.
