Ryder Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Company Pays Dividend for 134th Consecutive Quarter

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - February 10, 2010) -  The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in transportation and supply chain management solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, to be paid on March 19, 2010, to shareholders of record on February 23, 2010. This is Ryder's 134th consecutive quarterly cash dividend -- marking more than 33 years of dividend payments.
