S3 Investment Company Issues June 2007 Newsletter Featuring CEO Question and Answer With Shareholders

DANVILLE, CA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2007) - S3 Investment Company, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SIVC), a holding company with two subsidiaries doing business in the China market, today released its June 2007 investor newsletter, which includes a question and answer feature in which S3 Chief Executive Officer Jim Bickel answers questions submitted by shareholders. Mr. Bickel provides new information on the company's capital structure, its strategy to further develop the company's subsidiaries operating in China and plans to continue the revenue growth of SINO UJE, Ltd. and Redwood Capital, Inc.

A PDF version of the June 2007 newsletter can be viewed on the company's website at http://www.s3investments.com/media/news/.

The main story in the June 2007 newsletter edition concerns the estimated value of Redwood Capital's three new reverse merger clients. According to research conducted by Chief Capital, Redwood Capital's financial advisory partner based in China, the aggregate value of equity holdings expected from Redwood Capital's three recently signed Chinese client companies is as high as $8.14 million (US).

Redwood Capital assists private Chinese companies in accessing the U.S. capital markets by utilizing a network of investment banking relationships to achieve reverse mergers into U.S. public "shell" companies.

In the newsletter's question and answer feature, Mr. Bickel stated that the company now has approximately 145 million shares of common stock issued and outstanding and a float estimated to be 66 million shares. He also stressed that in order to grow revenues and fully maximize the potential of SINO UJE and Redwood Capital, S3 would continue to pursue additional financing.

"The opportunities for SINO UJE and Redwood Capital in China have never looked better, and only by providing these two companies with the resources necessary to allow them to grow will their full value be realized. We believe that this will create long-term value for shareholders," Mr. Bickel wrote in the newsletter.

The June 2007 newsletter also includes articles on S3's agreement with Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, the signing of Changzhou HaiJai Metallurgical Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (CMMC), a leader in metal fabrication, and other significant events that occurred with the last month.

"S3 had another busy month, so we are pleased to utilize this newsletter as a method for shareholders to monitor our progress," said Mr. Bickel. "We continue to have very high expectations for our two subsidiaries operating in China, and the recent estimate of the potential value of Redwood Capital's newest reverse merger clients clearly indicates that these expectations are well-founded."

"Management thanks shareholders for their participation in the 'Q and A' feature in the June newsletter, and we look forward to their continued feedback on the company's progress," Mr. Bickel added.
